Shirt Sizing Update

product

Cuts Team,

Over the last year, we’ve been obsessed with tailoring the perfect Cuts fit across all of our product categories. During that time, we listened to feedback, analyzed all of our styles, and found that small adjustments and tweaks over time had created unexpected problems and inconsistencies with sizing. Our company ethos is about striving for perfection across the board, so a few months ago we set out to correct this once and for all.

Rest assured, inconsistent sizing will no longer be an issue going forward.

We’ve made the necessary corrections. Our production team has undergone a painstaking process of dialing in the Cut so that every shirt will consistently fit just right. These finely tuned Cuts will be available starting tomorrow morning at 7:00am PT, with the launch of our Spring 2021 Collection products and Staples restocks. The changes might be minor tweaks, but when it comes to sizing adjustments, small corrections can make a world of a difference.

At Cuts, we strive to produce high-quality, perfectly-fitting apparel for our customers. We strive for excellence, and we believe that guiding principle is reflected in the adjustments we’ve made.

In which case, if you’ve:

• Felt your purchase didn’t quite fit like that last one; we’ve refined and standardized our signature fit.

• Felt your shirt is too small; we’ve redesigned our fits for optimal comfort.

• Felt your size changed depending on the style you ordered; we’ve dialed in on our previous consistency.

To ensure the next Cuts product you purchase fits you in the best way possible, check out our revamped Find My Fit tool located above the size selector box on every product detail page. If you’re curious to see specific size measurements, you can find our size charts below in this blog post. Finally, if you have any questions about what size you should wear going forward, you can fill out our contact form here to get in touch with a member of our team.

As our partners, we thank you for your understanding and constructive feedback. Just know that we’re listening and taking action. This won’t be a problem moving forward.

Best,

Lisa Turner
